1. Price and checkout
The IPROMPTIAM all-access membership costs US $19 per month, billed monthly. There is no free trial. Applicable taxes and the total charge are shown before purchase. By confirming checkout, you authorize the initial charge and recurring monthly charges until cancellation.
2. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the interval shown at checkout unless canceled before the renewal date. We may change pricing prospectively by giving notice required by law. A price change will not alter charges already paid.
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe or another provider identified at checkout. You must provide accurate billing information and authorize the provider to charge your selected method. We may suspend paid access after a failed payment, subject to required notice.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel through the account billing controls or by contacting support@ipromptiam.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless law requires otherwise or checkout says otherwise, paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law, expressly promised at checkout, or approved by us for a verified billing error or exceptional circumstance. Contact support promptly and include the account email and transaction date. Do not send full card details.
6. Taxes and currency
Prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes imposed on your purchase, except taxes on our income. Your bank or payment provider may impose conversion or other fees.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law, including cooling-off or withdrawal rights where they apply.
