Privacy Policy

How IPROMPTIAM collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information.

Effective September 19, 2026

1. Scope and controller

This Policy applies to IPROMPTIAM websites, accounts, prompt-library features, community spaces, messages, subscriptions, and support. IPROMPTIAM, Inc. is the controller of personal information described here.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize the service; authenticate users; process subscriptions; deliver messages and notices; review public submissions; moderate abuse; protect security; troubleshoot and improve features; comply with law; and communicate about the service.

4. Legal bases

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of our contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where appropriate. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing.

5. How we share information

We share information with service providers that help operate IPROMPTIAM, including Supabase for database and authentication services, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional email. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities when legally required, in a corporate transaction, or with your direction. Public profile and contribution information is visible according to the feature you use.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use contractual and legal safeguards for cross-border transfers. Your information may be subject to the laws of those locations.

7. Retention

We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. We retain transaction, security, dispute, and compliance records for applicable legal periods. Public contributions may remain after account closure when necessary to preserve community context, but we may de-identify them. Direct messages and deleted content may persist temporarily in backups and security logs.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to appeal a denied request. You may update profile information in the service, cancel a subscription, or request account deletion. We may verify your identity before acting.

Send privacy requests to legal@ipromptiam.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account and avoid sending confidential or sensitive information through public features or direct messages.

10. Cookies and tracking

We use necessary storage for sign-in, security, preferences, and core operation. Additional measurement technologies, if enabled, are described in our Cookie Policy.

11. Children

IPROMPTIAM is not directed to anyone under 18. If you believe a minor provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as the service, vendors, or law changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
