Submitting a notice
Send notices to legal@ipromptiam.com. Include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the specific URL or location of the material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Counter-notices
If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location, your contact information and signature, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken, and your consent to jurisdiction as required by applicable law. We may forward notices and counter-notices to the affected user.
Repeat infringement
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may remove or restrict disputed material while a claim is evaluated.
Other rights
For trademark, privacy, impersonation, or other rights complaints, describe the right involved, the precise content, the requested action, and supporting documentation. Fraudulent or materially misleading notices may create liability.
